On the 29 of November,mass media representatives from Bucharest and Sibiu where invited to a press conference at Scandia headquarters in Sibiu, during witch company spokepersons announced the finalization of an ample investment program of 3.4 billions lei that made the factory one of the most technologically advanced in Romania in the canned food industry. The press conference ended with a presentation of Scandia history illustrated with movies, photos and old newspaper cuts fromScandia archive.
After the conference, the journalists where invited to discover the changes that took place in the factory. The tour was guided by Scandia engineers and their explanations where well received by our guests, many of them becoming customers for the Scandia products.
